Neo Genesis研究所では、 “人がまるごと変わる”変容プロセスを、 意識の構造 / 思考OS・認知のしくみ / 関係性の反応パターン / 認識の反転（視点の変化）など、多層的な観点から丁寧に読み解き その法則性をモデル化しています。 そして、 ミロスシステムと人の変容体験が融合し、 新しい脳＝MI脳（Miross Intelligence）を創出しています。 理解と体験を重ね合わせて、 未来の知へとつながる研究を進めています。
